Please note the following Return/Exchange conditions:
- Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. When you try on the shoes, wear socks or stockings, and only wear them on carpet. If the soles are scuffed, we cannot take them back.
- The shoes must be returned in the same condition they were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in! Please wrap all returns in an outside container (box or bag).
- Shoes or bags that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Handbags and evening bags must have all the tags still attached and have not been used in order to receive a refund.
- Shoes must be returned to the Lakewood Mall, Aberdeen, South Dakota address listed below. This may not be the return address on the box. Some items sold on this site are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please make sure to cross out the old shipping label on the box before sending merchandise back for return or exchange. It is suggested that you return items using insured mail or UPS. We can not be responsible for items lost in shipping. All return postage will be paid by the customer.
- A 20% fee will be deducted from the return if the shoes are sent directly back to the manufacturer.
Follow these instructions to receive a full refund or to make an exchange within 30 days of purchase: (Christmas returns/exchanges will be accepted thru January 30, 2009).
- Enclose return item(s) and attach the shipping label to your return package. To help us expedite your return, include all original packaging materials (including original box), and remove all address references from your return package before attaching the shipping label. Attach the shipping label away from seams or closures and protect the label by covering it with clear plastic tape. Do not ship to the manufactureer, ship only to the address below. (A 20% fee will be deducted from the return if the shoes are sent directly back to the manufacturer.)
